all plants and herbs being used are home grown from seed or seedlings by me, with immense time, love and care poured into nurturing, harvesting, and preparing them.

any plants, herbs, or materials not grown by me are ethically sourced— this includes my olive oil (i try to always buy palestinian or greek olive oil), sunflower oil, and beeswax.
